Agreed! More understanding is always good. Also, even if the learning and discovery don't salvage the existing relationship, it will make the person who cheated a better partner for the next relationship. I don't think all relationships or marriages should be saved after someone cheats. Often that is a fitting end and the good that comes from in only benefits people in the future.
