Well, we humans are doing lots of "weak ass shit" all the time. Nobody is arguing that this is okay. If everyone was at a high level of self-knowledge, honesty and transparent communication in relationships, we wouldn't be having this discussion. The issue in my opinion is that we focus too much on judging, rather than asking why people are not honest with each other in the first place. Why people are not honest with themselves. Those are the much more interesting questions to me. Your comment is essentially saying cheaters shouldn't be so weak and run away from the issues. Sure, we all agree. But what I want to know is why are we so weak, so dishonest, so slow to tell the truth? And how can we get better with that? Condemnation doesn't help.
